I was waiting for an important package and planned my entire day around waiting for it's arrival. I woke up and tracked the package and it was on schedule 8:45am "package at local facility". I tracked it every half our until about noon and still last entry 8:45am "package at local facility". There was some bad weather in the area so I would understand if it would have arrived the next day, BUT. I decided to go out to lunch and when I get back an hour later I have a white tag on my door??!?! I go to check the tracking and it is now miraculously updated 9:07am "package out for delivery" AND 12:09pm "delivery attempt" WTF?! That wasn't there before, it would have been helpful if it would have been updated BEFORE!!



Called Fedex, typical apologetic customer service rep but no help. He said the driver would be back tomorrow or I could pickup the package at the local facility after six. After reading the previous comment what makes me think the package will be there at six? I asked that to the Fedex rep on the phone and his answer was that's what his notes say?! Asked for local facility number and he refused to give it to me??



Horrible customer service and horrible tracking system. Go UPS next time!
