Edible Arrangements

This place is horrible, they can't speak English. I placed an order online and PAID for delivery. They couldn't delivery the same day due to no one being home, which I understand. But when the driver called me to inform me that no one was home, I asked him to take the delivery to the store and I will pick it up after work. He said it was their policy to try to deliver a second time. I gave him a new address since this person will now be at work. I called the store location give her the name of her business, address, and the hours she worked. The next day I call to make sure it would be delivered and the assured me that it will be delivered within the hour, which would be around 4pm. I received a call around 6:45pm, (the driver) he asked if I the person receiving the gift could stay 10 mins late. I called her and she stayed til 7:30pm!!! Long story short the driver was lost!!!! And the lady that took my order never give him the name of the business, and the day before they would not allow me to pick up my own gift.



Be prepared to be RUSHED when speaking to the lady that answers the phone. Or she will keep you on hold....if you ask to speak to a manager. I had to hang up and call back then she told me the manager was not in.
