Dr. Sanaz Harirchian

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr H and I am very pleased with the results. My nose is straight and is exactly what I wanted. I am so happy with my care and my new nose.

I absolutely lose my nose. Dr Harirchian is truly amazing. She has amazing bedside manner, and from being a nurse by trade, that is a huge deal. I feel that her talent, kindness and expertise makes for the best facial surgeon in Houston! All Pros! Everyone was so kind! I just loved my whole experience.

I wanted a lip reduction to make my mouth more proportional. The staff and doctor were very friendly, informative and efficient. Dr Harirchian told me what to expect and the outcome was as she explained. I am very happy with the experience and would return if I wanted another procedure. I am pleased with how it turned out.

I had reconstructive surgery that I am still recovering from to date. I was nervous due to location (face) and not having experienced this before. I have been pleased with Dr H and have received positive comments from people (and students). I am also thankful that Dr H worked around my schedule which meant some late afternoons.

Staff and Dr Harirchian are kind and thoughtful, keen to make sure I was at ease. On the whole, very happy with my medical experience. Pros- necessary procedure. Outcome - better than expected. I wanted to look more alive, refreshed, youthful. I feel there was improvement and I am also more educated on my body. Dr Harirchian is one of the most, if not the most, kind, gentle, informative doctors I have seen. I had an upper blepharoplasty, lower eyelid skin pinch, under eye laser later followed by the vampire facial.

Dr Harirchian was very impressive. She explained the best treatment option to me for my face and acne scars, and she thoroughly explained the procedure and what I should expect. I have somewhat tanned/olive skin and she set realistic expectations for me based on my skin type and the types of acne scarring I had, which was important to me. She let me know that it may take a few treatments for my scarring to completely go away, but also of what I should see after a single treatment - which I absolutely did! I am very excited by the results and would go back to her again. I already see a difference in the smoothness and brightness of my skin. I definitely see less acne scars, which I am very happy about. I feel confident walking around with just light loose powder, whereas before I needed foundation and powder to cover up my scarring. I cannot wait until my next treatment with her! She is a great doctor and I will be referring family and friends to her.
