Doctors Express - Vintage Park

I was checked in quickly. The staff is caring and concerned. The Dr was very through and compassionate.

My Dad and I visited this for some treatment of poison oak. The staff were very polite, courteous, and professional. I will definitely be back if I need any other medical care.

Great staff when went in for visit. Happy when I left. Not so great experience with the billing department. In the end though I respect how they reached out to me to resolve my issues,

The doctors and the service on the medical side were polite, expedient, professional and fantastic.



However negotiating the back-office end of things has been a bear of an effort (took me most of the day, and several phone calls) and I did have a very negative experience with the billing manager who was quite rude.



The most important thing (and the reason I've changed my rating) fortunately after escalating to the branch manager, Sean -- I was able to get the information I required and was able to achieve satisfactory resolution regarding my concerns.



It was explained to me that while the billing transitions have created some difficulties this is something Doctor's Express Vintage Park is working through with brighter hopes for the future. I'm willing to give them another chance. Every company has problems - and any company who's willing to ride it through and work to fix their issues is a company worth doing business with.
