Cat Staff

This company came to Brownsville, TX after hurricane Dolly.



CAT Staff hired people to work, then did not pay them accordingly, siting computer glitches; leaving workers stiffed on their paychecks. Most not receiving any check while others were paid less than one hundred dollars for 50 hours of work in addition to paying out less per hour than promised upon hire. Check the KGBT4 website for details and videos. At one point the Police were called in to investigate the situation. The Attorney General and Texas Workforce have initiated their own investigations into the matter.



This started on Wednesday August 6, 2008 and continues today August 8, 2008 with employee's still not paid as promised by CAT Staff Representatives.
