Recently purchased new furniture at Ashley's and thanks to Hunter W. for being an awesome patient guy who helped tremendously with all my questions and indecisiveness. Thanks to him, my husband and I sleep comfortably every night ����...great job Hunter������������

My daughter was transferred to Houston.Once getting settled went to Ashley to purchase L.R. furniture. All pieces were in stock but coffee table. We picked up the furniture that was available & told the table would be there 8/22/16.My daughter was contacted by Ashley that table was in.She borrowed a truck to save on del and when arrived was told table wasn't there & would be on 9/20/16.I called Store as I was the one who pd. for the table, talked with Manager Kenita and said the best she could do was split the del.I told her I would talk to daughter& see what she wanted to do.We talked about it and being in the cust service business myself this was the worst cust service I ever received.For the inconvenience all we asked was that the table be del at no charge now my daughter has no way to pick up table.For a lousy $30.25 Kenita was willing to loose 2 cust of Ashleys & $500 purchase. We asked for a refund and cancelled order. Obviously good cust service is not a priority at Ashley
