Worst service ever... They kept us from 2 am till 630 am tried to talke with tne supervisoor and the answer was :"we cannot do anything", so whats the point of having a supervisor??? Don't the suposse to have people skills? They literally suck! And the driver was laughing at us because we couldnt do anything, in our faces? What kind of service is that??!! .. This was post on 10/16/13 Do not choose them, they don't knoe the concept of patient satisfaction.

This business does not care about its customers. On the return trip from Mexico, we had to wait 5 hours to board a new bus. Unacceptable for anyone that values their time. This company doesn't value yours. Avoid them and hopefully their services will improve to win back their customers.
