I wanted to tell you that the shipment arrived last night. Just as you promised, the driver called 12 hours in advance and then 2 hours before arrival in Salem. I must say that the driver was very courteous and very efficient. It was late so of course we did not unpack anything, but from the outside appearance everything was okay.

I know I was a big pest with all my calls and e-mails but it's been a long time since I shipped anything and I was a bit anxious. Thank you so much for your patience!

Thank you for a great Moving experience. We Moved our house from San Antonio to New york City. Movers arrived as promised on 0740am, we got free box and great help with the packing. movers were fast and efficient and we were pretty fast out of the House. everything went smoothly and completely hassle free. great experience, courteous and nice, Thank you! movers were there 15 minutes early, The foreman was very nice and polite, and the rest of the crew was so quiet and efficient you could forget they are there. got everything packed and loaded by noon and went straight to my new place and unloaded. without delay, and without any damage. Thanks again and will refer you to all my friends and family.

The movers didn't showed up with my boxes during the dates I had in my contract and when I called them after waiting for few days they told me the dates are not good for them as they don't have full truck going from TX to NY. When finally showed up a week later there was only one mover and I had to help him unload the truck and then moved most of my boxes to my apartment myself. The boxes were crashed in spite of being marked glass/fragile. Of course damage was done and tried to contact them about refund but with no result. I'm taking this to court and strongly advise to avoid this company if you care for you time, money and belongings.
