This company had the absolute worst customer service skills imaginable. The young lady answered the phone with an attitude and was abrupt. She told me that they did not do a particular county and when I said that was fine, she just hung up without inquiring if I was still interested in getting the information for the local agency. I called back but then told her that I am no longer interested because of her attitude. I'm not going to pay my money to be treated rudely. I contacted someone else.
