Almeda Auto Parts

I bought some used auto parts from this place.

I was moved to buy the parts there because there was a posted return policy, even if the restocking fee was 25%.

After I took the parts to the body shop, the shop told me it had found the same parts at a lower price.

So, I took the parts back, still in the original condition as when I bought them.

VICTOR said there was ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS of body parts!!! I told him that is not what the posted sign said. He said they only gave refunds for wheels, tires and starters.

I told him that the other posted sign said NO RETURNS FOR ELECTRICAL PARTS. After arguing for about half an hour, he said I could have a refund if I paid a 50% retocking fee!!!!

This is deceptive and unethical, if not just plain stealing!!!

I would tell you that if you need to buy used auto parts, DO NOT BUY them there. You will mostly likely get cheated if you have to return them, which is often the case when used parts are involved, but especially if you are cheated from the very started.
