Alliance Apartment Movers

Their service was horrible. I have a few experiences with other moving companies and this one was the most irresponsible and slow mover of all. I was moving out of three bedroom and the truck they took was smaller than what other company took for my one bed apartment moving years ago. I received several confirmation calls to make sure I still wanted them to come on the set time. After spending the time answering and calling them back for the confirmation of time, they came in more than 3 hours late. Two guys came and they were literally putting stuffs in and it did not seem at all that they were loading space-efficiently. Another weird thing was that they asked for me to write my full name, credit card number, expiration date and the security code on their invoice for the CONFIRMATION of payment even after running the card through over the phone. I did refused to write down my full credit card information and hand it to them, but I had to discuss with them for minutes only to give my last four digits of my credit card which still made me feel insecure.
Oh, they even told us they were late because they had issue with other employees so that it was not their responsibility.
Overall, the service was horrible and they were not prompt at all on their job or scheduled time. I would never use their service again and I cannot recommend this company to anyone that I know for the sake of my relationship.

I called Alliance Apartment Movers and spoke to Manny and agreed to a move from 11-2 pm (they provided the time slot options on the phone) for $89/hr with a 2 hour minimum.



The prices seemed good so I was happy. I got to the apartment an hour early to gets things ready for them and to be there in case they arrived early. 11 am came and went. Finally at 11:36 they called me saying they had another move and won't be able to show up until between 1-2 pm. I was annoyed they didn't let me know until 30 minutes after they were supposed to arrive, but I said fine, mistakes happen. I realized that after 2 pm had came and went without a phone call, email, or update that I had been lied to again.



I received a call at 2:46 pm from them saying they weren't going to be able to make it over until 4 pm. I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were. I couldn't waste any more of my time waiting around for a mover that may or may not show up at 4 pm. I cancelled my move after that phone call and ordered a Uhaul for next day pickup and did it myself with a couple friends.



I would recommend using Alliance Apartment Movers if you like

1. Wasting time

2. Being lied to

3. Moving heavy furniture by yourself



When the available time slots are provided by the company, there is no excuse for being more than 30 minutes late (I'm easy going and would let 30 minutes late slide, but others might not), let alone 5 hours late.

Do not use this moving company. The whole experience was awful! They were slow and inefficient. They left furniture in pieces, some upside down, screws wherever. They said they could not move boxes upstairs. We put our beds, dining room hutch, and triple dresser together. They took 30 minutes to process the receipt which we finally received almost a month later after emails and calls. The icing on the cake was the theft of a Luis Vuitton bag out of my closet. And the bill was about twice what I paid on a prior move. All the numbers I call are answered by the same guy. Stay away!!!!!!! No stars should be an option.

THIS IS A HORRIBLE MOVING COMPANY!!! The movers took a very long time to move my one bedroom apartment. They did not take care of my furniture. They did not wrap everything. They dropped some of my boxes down the stairs. The worst part is one of the movers stole $100 from my purse that was sitting on the kitchen counter and the police had to be called out.

Aweful aweful aweful... Not only i dont recoment this movers but they should close their business.. They did not wrap any of my furnitures like i was promised and they broke a few of my furnitures and after 4 months of waiting they dont reply to any of my calls and trying to get away from paying for my broken furniture.. I dont recoment anyone using these people.
