Academy Awards

HORRIBLE service. I've ordered a sticky note sized plate due to be ready in 3 weeks. I called the day it was supposed to be ready and the lady told me it was not there yet. No problem, I understand when certain items get held up, I've worked in the service industry before. I called back a few days later (now a week past due) only to find out the woman who took my order had left the company and didn't put in my order at all! I've had no comment from the manager and still to this day have not received my small plate its been almost 5 weeks and we have already paid them in full. Please do not waste your time and money here.

Excellent Sales and Serviceﾅ. I'm the alumni association president of fraternity. The sales rep Myesha at Academy Awards helped me create a beautiful and unique perpetual trophy given out each year at our Founder's Day Banquet ... It gets touched by a lot of hands during that ceremony. When we have the recipient's name added to the cup each year, the trophy comes back looking shiny and new. Thanks again guys.

Excellent service with exceptional quality at Academy Awards. While searching Google for glass etching/trophy stores in Houston. They were able to do a rush glass etching job on the same day without any issues and at an excellent price. I like the atmosphere & feel of the store and the store owner was a pleasure to work with. They have all the newest equipment to get pretty much anything engraved or etched. Highly recommended for the great service and good prices.

If you need Awards, Academy Awards is where you should go. The Awards look wonderful and my client loved them. I will tell others.

I went because the store was close to my Midtown Loft. The prices were good and the servide friendly. Three days later they called and said that my order was ready and when I arrived to pick it up it was very nice and I was proud to present it at my job's annual meeting the next morning.
