Didn't show up in their promised window. Couldn't move because they contacted me almost an hour late to tell me they were an hour away, I was moving out of storage with little to no light (which I had informed them of several times) and they were set to arrive after sunset. I missed my window to move out before having to pay another month's rent and they are taking no responsibility and only offered to do my now weekend move at the weekday rates. The movers arrived on time the second go-round and worked quickly and carelessly. Forgoing the caution and I assume not using the training they all have according the AB Moving website, and dropped my washing machine completely destroying it. I paid $800 for a new washer and got $132 from their insurance with no concession from them for any of their negligence and they completely denied my refund request (not even offering a partial refund) stating they could have moved Friday night (I guess they come equipped with night vision). Whoa! Do some research first...wish we had done more!!!! 5 stars here is a joke look around! The movers were on time and unloaded the truck fast but that was it. They were careless and did not care about what happened to the house or items. They broke a spindle on the stairway bannister going upstairs and said "No problem, write it on the report we'll take care of it." When we contacted the company to take care of it later they said, "No way - no damage to your house is covered, too bad." Walls, carpet, doorways all got scraped up. Good luck with these clowns.

We had scheduled another moving company to help us on a Sunday. They were an hour late and we couldn't get a hold of them in the meantime. When they finally showed up, two goofy teenage kids strolled out with many "dude, bro, fur shore" statements following. When my sister expressed her annoyance at their late arrival and lack of prior notice, they chunked up deuces and peaced out. Since it was Sunday no one was open so I searched on Yelp for a moving company with good reviews. AB Moving came up and my sister contacted them. They got back to her promptly on Monday, had movers out by Wednesday, and did a fantastic job packing up the house. Everything was wrapped professionally, the movers were courteous & polite and we truly appreciated all their hard work. They got great tips and they really deserved it! I definitely recommend AB Moving and I'll be using them for any subsequent moves.

AB Moving did a wonderful job with my move. I moved from a third story apartment to one on the 2nd floor, and the movers were efficient and professional throughout the entire service. They wrapped all of my valuables very well and even disassembled/assembled my queen size bed. I would not hesitate at all to use them again or recommend to a friend.

These guys were great. The management team was communicative and professional, but the three-man moving crew was incredible! Every move has its challenges, and mine was laryngitis. My mom, aunt, and sister were all my voice, which was probably annoying for the crew to have multiple and sometimes conflicting instructions, but they kept a great attitude and would even look at me to nod before proceeding. The crew arrived within the scheduled window and had my stuff on the truck within about 20 minutes. The unload took longer because the new place is on the second floor. One of the crew would strap four boxes to his back with a strap and walk on in! He was a magician!!!

My husband and I were very pleased and impressed with your moving company. They did a great job. We will keep your company in mind if we have to move again ever. Thank you guys for your help this past weekend!

Thank you so very much for your service the 3 guys did an unbelievable job moving me from the 3rd floor to my townhouse within a little over 2 hours they had trouble getting my box springs up the stairs at my townhome but they made it work. Whenever I decide to move again I will defiantly use your company. I have been telling others about your moving company and I hope you all will continue to be blessed and prosper.

This moving company is great. I just used thgem over this weekend and they were very professional and quick. Kyle was my moving coordinator and he recommended to go for 3 guys instead of 2. My 2BR moving took 2hrs including 15 min drive to new location. Although most of the packing were done, the movers were efficient to wrap all furniture items with plastic wraps to save'em from rain (it was pouring). Thanks AB moving, great job and highly recommended.

This was the first time we hired professional movers (after 7 moves in 8 years - 2 of them cross country) and it was the BEST experience ever. When I called for a quote, David was so professional & nice on the phone. We had a challenging move - out of a high-rise, into storage for 2 1/2 weeks, and into our new building. AB Moving was able to take care of everything!! Their quote was not the cheapest, but still competitive. Based on the reviews, we decided to go with it and have absolutely no regrets. By the way - if David tells you to use number of movers - LISTEN TO HIM!! We tried to scrimp on the move-out and used 2 instead of 3, but saw the light and used 3 on the move-in. So much faster & ended up being cheaper because of the time savings. The movers were on time, courteous, and took very good care of all of our belongings.
