Readers may recall the news of an HIV + man who was charged with luring a 15 year old boy to his home and infecting him with the AIDS virus, that man lived for years as a tenant at 2016 Main Condos. It looks like 2016 Main's reputation as a corrupt ripoff has taken a serious and deadly turn for the worse. Until the management corruption, failing infrastructure and crime there are brought under control.......only a fool would purchase there.
