I recently removed by listing with Re/Max. I tried two of their salewoman. There was a lack of communication - period.
The listing agent never called or communicated once. I suggest that you use another office for your listing. I told that agent that when someone takes the time to list, they are serious. Do not take the listing unless you plan to do your part.
