have a zero turn mower which i did not buy from them that the moter case broke on after worrenty expired and the owner called the Koler com. explained the problem to them and got me a new case for free thanks i just paid for labor and other parts. !!!

Perhaps it is a coincidence but I have had two repairs on a mower this year and each time the repairs were not done . The first time they corrected the mistake and blamed it on a lost work order .. The second time they would not even correct the mistake. and did not return the money. Be sure the appropriate parts and repairs were actually done and get a firm price up front

We took our pressure washer in to get a spring replaced. We already had the spring but weren't sure how to put it on. The young man at the shop put it on and did not charge us anything. It was a simple fix but he could have charged something so we will certainly use them in the future if we need to. Good Job!!
