Great customer service! The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. The place was clean and friendly. There was a wide array of jewelry, which is good BC I'm always losing mine.

I went in there looking for a specific item for my lip piercing. The woman who waited on me was rude and did not know much about lip piercings. ( The piercing expert was not in.) I reluctantly bought an item that I hoped would work. I received the item with no small ziploc bag or receipt. This place is unprofessional. Too bad our first impression was so negative. There could of been more potential business. I'll just go down the street to their competitor.

Just got my first tattoo by Paul and I am so happy with it. They were very professional and played awesome music!

My tattoos where done by Mike..... he did a great job and we laughed and joked during.... its always nice to be able to have fun with the person tattooing you. Some are so quiet and serious..... no memories..... had fun laughin at Bald Paul...... and Mike had to reset up everything when I left and came right back for another a few minutes later. Thanks Mike and u did an awesome job..... "I'll be baaack", lol!
