Jones Brothers came to our rescue not one, but two consecutive days. On our first trip out in our motorhome, we were stranded on I-24 near Hopkinsville. After calling one mechanic who walked around and “looked” at the motorhome, then said he couldn’t find what was wrong but could charge us $285, we called Jones Brothers. Two drivers promptly arrived, helped us unload the car from the car dolly, loaded the RV, and delivered it to a repair shop that we requested. The drivers were professional, courteous, efficient, and concerned for our safety on the side of the interstate.

Little did we know that we would find ourselves in the same position 24 hours later, broken down on I-24 again. Once again, Jones Brothers came to our rescue with the same degree of professionalism and kindness. They went to extreme measures to accommodate us, comfort us, and get us back on the road. Never have we had a public business and EVERYONE in the business, be so personal, yet professional and caring. We recommend Jones Brothers to anyone who ever needs towing services. U-Haul trailer came unhooked while on our way to Florida. We sat on the side of the road for a while until Hollis came to help!! Very happy with the services. Would absolutely recommend to someone who needs road assistance
