        I am so pleased with their service. Wow. Seriously, the customer service/quote experience was amazing and the installers were top notch. They were clean, considerate, kind and FAST! They instantly took off their shoes, laid down blankets and were very good troopers having to climb 4 flights of stairs. They had no problem answering questions I had and the work looks spectacular! I'm very happy with the product and installation.

        Good customer Services and quality of work was great for both glass shower and mirrors.



        The installers, Jeremy and Doug were the best. They worked late to get our mirrors installed after a problem with a chip in one of the mirrors.

        Poor Customer Service

        I had a bad experience with Glass and Mirror in Blaine, MN. I have never created a review before in my life and I did not want to. I only feel it is fair for me to help out others that need a shower door installed. I had Glass and Mirror in Blaine come out and install my glass shower door. When I got home and the door was installed it was the wrong door that I had envisioned. I called the service rep and he told me that is what we discussed, I was ok with that maybe just a misunderstanding. I felt it was necessary to see what my option were to get issue resolved, representative from glass and mirror said he would call me to see what he could do once he figure out a solution. I did not hear back and still have not it has been 3 weeks now and probably won’t get a response. I then decided it was ok and move on, I took a shower 2 days later after installation. My shower door was leaking and left an inch of water near the base of shower on bathroom floor, still no response as I call daily

        Glass art design is 3 times more expensive than Glass and Mirror Outlet (i priced out glass back splash and mirrors)- whoever wrote nasty review works for Glass Art.... Period!

        I talked to the manager matt and he was very helpfull! I was checking on glass for my fireplace. he said he would call me back later that day and he did. the place is nice as well. there are mirrors up to the ceiling. Thanks

        AVOID Glass & Mirror Outlet in Hopkins

        I ordered a large size frosted glass from Glass & Outlet Mirror. Everything was ok and I get a call back late the same day or the next day from Randy to tell me that the price had jumped to 150% the price I had originally paid for. He told me that they stopped buying from the manufacturer but they still had what I needed in stock why would I have to pay 150% more? The story did not sound too legit and I sensed lying or something that was not 100% honest. I went on a safari to find what I was looking for and I was lucky to find: Glass Art Design (427 10th Avenue North - Minneapolis, Minnesota 55401) located in the Warehouse District right by Downtown MPLS. Great Service and super nice people. They did my frosted class for real cheap $93 or so... They have the best glass and for the best price period. I would never even think to go back to even get a quote from the Glass & Mirror Outlet in Hopkins!!!
