        Overall

        Never had a problem with Woodmansee UNTIL Ostermane Propane joined...UGH they are AWFUL!! Terrible customer service (though the techs are nice) and they act like they are doing YOU a favor by delivering propane to you!! I was with Buckley for 15 years before I sold my house and rented a place where there was a tank that used this company...since it was going to be a "temporary stay" I just thought it would be ok...boy was I WRONG!!! Not friendly when calling in and VERY unprofessional!! Should've stayed with Buckley!
