Hope Mills Urgent Care & Med

I have been a patient at this clinic for about 5 years. The only real complaint I have is that it's very cold in the rooms. The staff is very professional and friendly. Sometimes the wait can be longer than expected... but that can happen anywhere. If you have little ones make sure they have something to keep them busy. This is a military clinic folks, you have to be prepared to sit a bit. Don't arrive too early, you will not get out any faster. If you are sitting longer than 30 minutes, I recommend you check with the desk to see how many are ahead of you. I have had to reschedule a few times when they fall behind you could be there for hours! I have to raise my hands for the pharmacy. They are excellent!! Always very quick.

Terrible facility. Doctor is rude and chastising. Waited 3hrs to see the doctor for 3 min. It was freezing in the back waiting room, where my sick child shivered for over an hour. Subpar services here. The doctor appears incompetent but condescending. Go somewhere else!
