It's price is set reasonably higher for those who like to have a better night's sleep. Meets ASHI Comprehensive Visual Inspections This is our above standards quality Home Inspection! The most thorough that anyone around has to offer! It is nicknamed the "1000 point Inspection" for a reason! It's price is set for clients who don't believe that a budget should compromise their need for reassurance. Meets both NAHI & ASHI. Maintenance Home Inspections This Comprehensive Home Inspection with an added option of Destructive Testing for the current home owner, who either needs a seasonal inspection or just get an idea of the condition of their home before selling.
