        Absolutely TERRIBLE. Received...

        Absolutely TERRIBLE. Received a package today, The delivery guy/girl not only didn't ring a door bell, they didn't knock, call out, nothing. I was home when I recently had the above package I didn't even sign for it ! So when Ihear a truck speed away I walk out side, there is the package, damaged, I open just the package and low-and-behold the part I had ordered was broken. I called their 1-800 number to complain, I now have to wait for them to call me back to schedule a time for them to come out and investigate. I'm in on the ISLAND of Oahu... why do I have to wait so long? Garbage service.. I'm sticking with USPS from now on.
