Tech One Customs

Dropped off my bike with a 3 week finish date. Ryan was cool in the begining but avoided me and my calls after he did not complete on schedule. Blamed the old paint job for the delay. 5 weeks and no small amount of complaining i was able to pick up the bike. Was told i should go directly to the nearest gas station to refill as the tank was emptied for painting. Well i made it about 8 blocks away from the shop when i realized i had gas spilling down the new paint. Theses guys forgot to install the petcock seal!!! Is this your first time painting a bike? What is a professional anyway? Ryan sent somebody to find me on the side of the roadto fix it. They did but no apologies or anything for the error(s).
All that said the paint job was good til gas was spilt down it and I had to wait almost double the promisedfinish date then wait an hour on the side of the road for a guy. Sound like $800 spent well to you? Ryans cool give him your $ if you dont want it anymore.

Terrible business, save your money and go elsewhere.

COMPLETE RIP OFF !! Ryan Nakamura at Tech One Customs was paid $9085.34 and I dropped my 2010 Mercedes ML off on Dec. 8th 2014 with an estimate from Ryan that it would be a "3-4 week" job. It's now April 23rd 2015 and still nothing done except for the strip down my vehicle received in early December. e.g. Windows taken out which has left my interior exposed to the hot sun, constant rain, and shop pollution for over 5 months now. When asked about when his end of the contract will be completed Ryan becomes hostile and aggressive and ridicules me for even dropping by the shop. I went there after work one day with my insurance agent to ask about when my SUV would be completed, Ryan went into his spray booth locked himself in and wouldn't come out ignoring our requests for him to come out and talk. He refuses to answer text or messages and still to this day has no given a valid reason why its taken so long. He has said "I'm short handed" So three weeks ago I hired another painter to go into Tech One ( with Ryan's permission) specifically to work on my vehicle, that guy completed as much as he could by prepping the vehicle for paint, it's ready to go! Still nothing from Ryan,, he is ripping me off.
