Located in Honolulu, Special Education Center of Hawaii, also known as SECOH, provides a variety of individual and family supports services. The center offers a variety of services for individuals with Alzheimer s disease and dementia illnesses. Its senior day services offers heated pool, a spa with wheelchair access, park for strolling, picnics and miniature golf course. The center provides a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, exercises, working on hobbies, volunteer community work, reading, television viewing, outings and regular rest periods. It provides counseling, referrals, respite care and skilled nursing services. The center also provides a wide variety of professionally supervised support services and activities for people with disabilities.
