Operator barely can hear you or provide great customer service. Especially, when requested to schedule a technician to visit your property, no one from the office contacts you to follow up. Lame excuse I heard from the 'old lady' is "we're busy and we'll try to squeeze you in." (NOTE: The only request I've asked is may I schedule a technician?)



It's not rocket science to open your calendar and pick a date to schedule. Also, please note, manager Garrett drops in to the property unannounced to conduct repairs and checks out without following through with client. You're basically left guessing if repairs were completed. Recommendations? Try finding another company with better sense of great customer service and repairs!
