Phuket Thai Restaurant

Service not the best. Food was prety good.

I phoned in a to go order and when I arrived to the restaurant the place was closed. The sign said they will reopen at 4:15. Well, its 4:16 and they were not open. The manager was having a meeting with the employees. The were two other customers waiting outside for their to go order as well. The food was sitting on their counter waiting, but the manager refused to help the waiting customers. When he finally decided to open the restaurant at 4:30, I told him he needed to be more professional and be punctual. He waited until I paid for my food and as I was walking out the door the manager followed me outside to continue arguing with me!He said I'm sorry, but you don't have to eat here. I couldn't believe he said that. Are they to good for me??? I told him a couple of options that he could have done to fix the problem, but he was insistent on the fact that he couldn't do any of that. I told the gentleman he needs to learn to run a restaurant. Unfortunately this was during my work hours and this misfortune delayed my schedule even further. To make things worse the manager wanted to argue with for something that was obviously his fault. This is not the first instance of bad customer service that my co-workers and I have encountered. Sorry, but you have lost one more customer.
