In 2002, Cyber-Pro Systems, doing business as Medical Data Exchange of Glendale, Calif., purchased Queen's Health Management, the Queen's third party administration business. The company is now known as MDX Hawai'i. Supporting its efforts is parent company, Medical Data Exchange. MDX is a privately held company founded in 1984 that has been serving the health care industry by providing services for the processing of medical claims and related data. MDX Hawai'i's focus is to retain its existing Payor customer base and further develop and expand the Third Party Administration business in Hawai'i. The company is located in Honolulu, Hawaii.
