        Be careful what you sign from ...

        Be careful what you sign from this sleazy man. I received a "free" consultation card at the Senior Fair. Using it, I was told I really needed his service and that signing up for x number of treatments would help me. I signed, went for several treatments and found that, after his "treatment", I was in more pain than when I went and my Kaiser Permanente doctor said I should stop going. I did and he took me to small claims court...and won; simply because I had signed a contract. I would not pay him and he hounded me through collection agencies until his lawyer determined that my income was solely from Social Security and could not be garnisheed. He is someone to avoid!
