Honolulu Handi-Van

The Handi Van service is a real blessing to me. It has given me back my freedom. Since my disability it has been difficult getting around and family members are still working and its not always possible for them to take off work.. Now I can go to my doctor appointments and do any small errands on my own with the help of the handi van.The drivers are terrific and they are very caring.I have met so many nice people who use the handi van and i get to see parts of the island that i havent seen before. To me this is a great service we have here and i will always be thankful to them.

Handi Van #3111 driver, you are a jerk. You block the only lane there is so I can't pick up my son. You ignore me when I tell you that I have to pick up my son. When you finally move I tell you how rude it was to block the only lane available. Your excuse was you couldn't do anything because there was no parking spaces available. You thought it was perfectly ok to park in the only lane available to drive through because your time and job was more important than picking up my son. You didn't apologize and told me to talk to customer service. 10/03 520p
