        Poor service, no accountability, disappointing

        If they recommend a part, especially an electrical part, get it in writting, because even if they were wrong any returns will be denied. Hawaii Import Parts = screw you customer. After buying a relay, I realized it wouldn't work for my application and went back to return it, unused. Their tech assured me that if I wired it differently it would work. I agreed to try: It didn't. When I went back to return it a second time, they said that since I had installed it and the metal prongs had marks now it was unsellable and refused to take it back: even though I had already told them it wouldn't work andhad only tried upon THEIR insistance that it would. I understand not accepting used parts back, but this is ridiculous. I would give zero stars if I could.
