Never ever buy anything from this sorry excuse for a retail outlet. Never buy anything made by Ashley Furniture for that matter because their customer service will only refer you to their local outlet which, of course, is utterly useless. Woe unto you if you need anything from the warehouse because you'll be lucky if you get it. Be particularly wary of Jennifer Cruze at the warehouse. She may sound as if she cares about your order; she may even repeat your phone number back to you to ensure she has it and promise she'll call you within two days, two weeks or whatever the case may be but promptly forget you and your order.
