Air-O-Smith Water Heater Repair

This review is way over due, I believe you dont know how good the service is till the first problem. Air - O - Smith stands behind his work. I wont bore you with details but , I am super happy with ever aspect with the service before and after . Highly recommended . Don't wast your time with anyone else.

Air O Smith is the best water heater repair company in Hawaii. When my water heater wasn't working, I called many places where they wanted to charge me for just coming down to look at it or wanted me to replace it entirely. Air O Smith simply asked me a few questions over the phone and helped me fix my problem by myself (walking me through the steps one by one). He didn't even charge me. When my water heater finally broke down to the point where I couldn't fix it myself, Air O Smith came down and trouble shooted the problem (without automatically recommending I buy a new water heater, like the other guys). The ownder of Air O Smith has a ridiculous amount of experience in water heaters and you can tell he has so much pride in what he does. He doesn't over charge and you feel confident in his work. My 15 year old water heater is still working fine because of him.
