Midway Animal Hospital

Yesterday, our 5# dog went in for a simple nail cut, and annual rabies vaccination. The vet tech cut our dog's back nail so short, my dog nipped her. Last night, our dog kept licking her back paw constantly, and upon closer examination, I could see the damage. I have made the decision to pull my pets from receiving further care from this facility. It appears highly evident that the first and foremost interest is purely profit based. The integrity of the care is questionable, and the turnover rate of veterinarian staff is concerning. In the best interest of our pets, I will be putting their care in the hands of a new veterinarian.

Unfortunately I had to have my 14yr old boxer put to sleep, the entire staff was extremely polite and understanding during the process. They went out of their way to make sure wife & I and our baby was comfortable the entire time. It was very hard for us and they made sure we had all the time we needed with our baby, both before and after the procedure. I would recommend them if you're looking for polite and knowledgeable people to deal with your special family member.

I loved this place till i found that they mis diagnosed my dogs prob...too many times....and one thing they had us do actually made it worse, lots worse...many many visits, lotsa hundred dollars...one thing they had us do another person said is why my Max kept having probs...i was told by other clinic NEVER PUT PEROXIDE IN A DOGS EAR, THAT'S WHY YOUR DOG KEPT GOING BACK! New vet solved prob, 1 visit, follow up soon is actually free too, and i could never be so happy...i am disgusted now knowing what i know, wont say all here. This is a small town and i dont bad mouth because it could come back and bite you... but my dog is my child so they could kiss my A. Friendly people, but BAD knowledge or bad business practice, to me it is one or the other. Medicine we never needed...it goes on and on....

They treated my pets with such good care. I took my cat there because she wasn't acting right and the doctor recommended blood work. I was so happy I listened to her recommendation because I found out my cat needed medicine and would only have gotten worse without it. These people truly care about your animal. I switched to this vet and am very happy that I did. The girls who work there are very friendly and I didn't feel pressured into anything.

Had to take our dog for an emergency. Never felt so well taken care of. Very friendly!!!
