        Overall

        I called Mr. Brabec regarding a landlord-tenant situation, a red flag went off in my mind, when I was informing him that my security deposit was 1300.00, He then said that, that wasn't any money, in which I replied "It is to me", in which he said"I know what it's like to be poor". In addition to this statement, when I spoke to him again, he basically was rude, crude and extremely unprofessional, he used profanity in his conversation, which was unacceptable from a so called professional. I would NEVER recommend Mr. Brabec to anyone.
