Our almost-new car had a minor accident that left a scrape along the passenger side. We contacted some auto shops and chose Jesse's because they had an early spot for us, it is not the cheapest but we didn't want to go 'cheapest'. The car was repainted perfectly so you would never know it was damaged. The front counter man was so friendly and personable it was an additional treat to go there.

I've been taking my cars to them for years. I've had a variety of challenging issues and they have always been able to figure out the causes and give me a suggested solution.
Great quality work and very competitive pricing.
They are definitely my "Go To" place for any car problems.

Our car was given a big smacking kiss from behind, and we decided to take it to Jesse's Paint and Body Shop in Homestead to get the damage fixed. The damage was fixed very well, and in a very timely manner. The service was also very courteous and so I would highly recommend Jesse's Paint and Body in Homestead to get any work done on your vehicle.

We have used Jesse's Paint & Body three times in the past 5 years. Every time the repairs either met or exceeded our expectations. Given a choice we would always have Jesse's Paint & Body repair damage to our vehicles. The staff is very personable and we have never had a complaint about customer service. We even recommend Jesse's Paint & Body to our friends.

I took my car to be repaired with Jessie paint & body after my car accident and I was told my car would be ready in 2-3 weeks. Two weeks went by and I was calling to get regular updates on my vehicle and the more I kept calling the longer it took to finish my car. It ended up taking 1 month and a half to get my vehicle back. Jessie pint and body always said they would call back to update me on the status and they never would, the day would go by and I would have to call. Every time they told me my was going to be ready it was extended by days then weeks. The last few days before I got my car back, it was "supposibly" ready; it just needed minor details yet every day I would pass by my car was still in the same spot. Hello I would right next door and I see the body shop every single time when I leave work. Jessie paint and said was supposed to wash my car when they gave it to me, all they did was spray water on it which layer on created water stains on the mirrors and my hood. HORRIBLE SERVICE. After washing my vehicle the next day I noticed my hood, mirror and back door had scratches and paint scrapes on my plus tiny, bumpy yellow spots all over the vehicle. I am so angry with Jessie paint and body after all the waiting they out me through to end up with a car that has scratches and paint spots. They are unreliable and sketchy!!! Never again!!!!!

Raquel, I would like to apologize for your experience, Our business thrives on repeat business and referrals from satisfied customers. You will be pleased to know that the person you are referencing in your complaint is no longer employed by Jesse's Paint & Body. Because your vehicle sustained extensive front end damage many parts and labor hours were required to return your vehicle to its pre-accident condition. You also work in the automotive industry- I'm sure that you understand that acquiring parts from the manufacturer can be a tedious and frustrating process. Better communication on our behalf would have helped you understand this. If your car was not being moved around the shop-it was waiting on a part to complete that step of the repair process. A less reputable shop would be willing to skip replacing parts that are only slightly damaged. We refuse to compromise the quality and safety of your vehicle. The bumpy yellow spots? Based on your description, without seeing the vehicle in person-are probably something known as "fall-out" or "rail dust" It can be caused by environmental factors, i.e. pollution, farm chemicals, or from the vehicle being transported by train when it was new. We have the capability of removing these spots- you just had to ask. We will be more than willing to remove these at no cost to you. Chances are they were there before the accident. In my experience we don't notice these minor imperfections until the vehicle has been in an accident. Living in a populated area leaves our beloved vehicles prone to numerous scratches and dings. We hope that you will give us a second chance. Our customers are important to us. That being said- If there is anything that we can do to help you please stop by and we will be more than willing than to assist you.
