Starbucks Coffee

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST STARBUCKS STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! The staff is rude and slow and often ignore customers to continue engagoing in inappropriate and highly offensive conversations amongst themselves. After visiting the store several times I was able to form this opinion as each time I felt offended and ignored by the staff and was charged a different price for the same exact item. And don't bother trying to communicate with the manager because she is completely unresponsive and from my experience does not fit the Starbucks standard I am used to.I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for over a decade visiting many store locations all over the nation and having been a regular customer at several different stores over the years. After relocating for work the Holyoke Mall Starbucks became my regular stop but shortly after I have stopped going to Starbucks almost completely and now stop at another business going out of my way to do so just to avoid this horrendous location!
