        The Holyoke mall is the most disgusting place to eat as an ex employee I seen things that will make a new york rat think twice about eating there. The food is delivered to the west side loading dock were the the trash compacter and grease pit is located. They are left in the back halls for over an hour until the kitchen workers arrive. NOTE the back halls are infested by rats and giant roaches. The back halls are left unsecured wile the security guards are hanging out at the bar and grill watching the fight on the tv. All the exterior doors leading into the back halls are unlocked overnight making it an unsafe environment for female night shift workers. Also just so you all know the security cameras that are so called used to protect you encase of an incident are being used by the guards to look at women that are walking the mall. So If you are ever robed inside or outside the mall call the cops not security cause they will not look up footage unless you have a police report. But even then the mall managements policy is deny all. Like that day that the poor guy was crushed by his car in lower green parking lot. Mall security drove by him 3 times on the video footage and did nothing. But the news report didn't say that did they. I am not saying it cause I was fired and was denied unemployment by the same company that trusted me with all the important information and logs and looking up footage for the other shifts
