Damaged my car when i brought it in for an oil change. This was after i got sold a faulty certified used car. You need a new car, well a (2017 certified Used Impala) What better place to buy on that at the place you use to work, Or so i thought. My first experience I was sold a faulty car (low oil pressure light) came on. which took me almost 2 months to replace... Then came time for my oil change, i figured they would do their very best to give a great service to make up for the unfortunate circumstances that transpired. NO INSTEAD THEY DAMAGED MY CAR.. which i saw hours later the dealership was closed so i called the next day to understand their procedure. which is to take pictures of the car in case something was to happen. so i went in the following day, to my surprised there were no pictures to show me. I was told they would look into it and get back to me a month went by and no response. i found out they have cameras inside the bay just to be told they do not have videos to show because they delete them after 7 days.. THE STORY DOESN'T EVEN END THERE BUT ALL AND ALL A VERY BAD COMPANY I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE..

I brought my chevy express to him. I just needed a door handle but they did everything in a hour. I was so happy with Toms and the techs quick job. So I brought my chevy silverado which also needed a door handle inside and out. I'm only 5'3 maybe I'm a lil stronger than I expected. Ok Back to the point well I got my truck back within 3 hours. everything was under warranty so didn't have to pay. So I brought my dually same day and now they are repairing my seats. Lol I dnt have the best of luck with my cars. But again everything was under warranty. I've been to other chevy dealerships and all they wanted was for me to pay they told me everything was not under warranty when it was! Thanks Tom its nice to find someone I can trust.
