Cross Country Auto Transport

Since their phone numbers have been disconnected that I have, do you have any new ones. Next did you get your car or money back?

I am having the same problem, except that I found today that all their phones had been disconnected. I had the police drive by, and all they found was a parking space with the transport name on it. Well, at least they don't have my car, but they better be sending back the deposit.

As of now my car has been siiting in Oakland since the 14 today being the 17. Supposed to bring directly to my house in Reno.They also gave me wrong info about what I needed to to ship my car out of Hawaii. Don't waste your money.

Beware! Even after we made the corrections regarding contact # for picking up vehicle, they still gave wrong information to the carrier! The carrier, through no fault of his own, could not contact (having been given wrong info from AAA Transport) to have car picked up on day scheduled. Day later picked up.Total nightmare, never received an apology for their obvious lack of professionalism. Would not recommend. .

Then upon receiving vehicle. AAATransport AGAIN gave wrong info for Cashiers Check Payee, resulting in another issue with going to bank to cancel out and re issuing a cashiers check. AAATransport should be FFF Transport Failed Failed Failed !

I would not recommend this company to anyone. We had to cancel with them because its been almost 3 weeks and our car still hasn't been picked up. Customer Service don't have a clue. They either can't find the driver or just don't know. Plus you can only get in touch with Customer Service Mon- Fri. No assistance during the weekend and they do not return your calls or respond to your emails. I can go on but its a waste of time because I still don't have my car. So please don't waste your time with them. They can improve by keeping their word. They don't care about people time and money.

Horrific customer service!!! They changed the pick up day for my vehicle without notifying me. Beyond that their new time was beyond inconvenient for me as I was already headed out of the state for the scheduled time. THE WORST!!!
