Apple Er

This place was great when he opened. I had a lot of family and friends go there. Everyone of them including myself have problems with my phone. Chinese parts. Don't go.

Had my iphone 6 screen replaced here exactly 6 months ago today. Asked the guy if his screens were genuine Apple screens. He confidently said yes. Apple store proved it was NOT. At exactly 3 months after it was "repaired", the screen was falling off with the wires hanging out. Finally gave out today, after the phone fell. Not only did the guy lie, to make some quick $$ but he did a total SH!T job. To top it all off, (yes there's more) when I first had it repaired and went to my photos it was scrolled halfway through my pictures. Pretty obvious this dude spent more time looking through my pictures than actually doing a proper job fixing my phone. Not only did he invade my privacy, he completely ruined my phone. And best believe I will take action. All these other "positive" reviews are obviously fake. Place is a joke.

This place really a joke. I had a cracked IPhone 5 screen that I needed to be fixed. I went to this guy and he charged me $137 to fix it. He changed the screen and he messed up the inside of the phone. I didn't notice till I got home. The entire part of the phone that you touch wasn't responding. I went back to him the next day for him to fix it and he put another screen in. The same problem kept happening so I went back another time and he kept saying it was the screen that was the problem so he put another screen. He never tested it and gave me the phone saying it was fixed. I went to find out it that it was still broken. I called him and he said I had to wait a week to fix it because he told me he ran out of IPhone 5 screens to fix. I had to use a broken phone for entire week, I couldn't text or even dial a number 85% percent of the time. During that week the right corner of the phone popped out, so I pushed it back in and it got a little crack. I went back to him on Saturday. He told me he couldn't fix the phone because of the crack. He Then told me if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay an ADDITIONAL $137 dollars. As a Teen who works hard to earn money its hard to $137 dollars but to pay another $137 is Out of my price range. I then came up with idea to buy a screen on amazon and have him fix it, but he told me I would have to pay him $40 dollars for labor. This guy is Only cared about Money he could care less about you or your phone. I even hate giving him 1 star. This guy has no customer services, not even a little. DO NOT GO HERE!

Apple ER is a life saver! My phone accidentally was dropped in the pool, submerged in the water and they were able to fix it! I recommend this to all who have a repair! Very professional and knoweledgable!

Highly reccommend Apple ER!! Fixed the screen on my phone quickly! Even gave me a lesson on the IOS7 update. So impressed, I was back the very next day with my sons iphone. Very professional and reliable...5 star rating in my book! Go see Joseph for your repars!!

I dropped my iphone 5 and cracked the screen. That's what I get for not buying a case. I looked around to see who can fix it and after some research and calling if found apple-er. They had better pricing then some of the others and they it back to me like new. It was the best experience I've had.

Had a crack in my iPhone. Got it fixed. Everything seems to be working right. Wasn't shoddy workmanship either. 5 stars.

After recommending quite a few customers to this business I have learned my lesson. You get what you pay for go to a real repair place like Radio Shack or Ubreak we fix. Their cheaply done work on my nephews Iphone 4 screen repair resulted in a phone that had an unusable WIFI system. The repair person came back with multiple excuses and baloney stories as to why its not their responsibility - They were paid for a screen repair and an unlocking and ruined the phone for wifi - they were unwilling to make good on it - "I don't know what happened to it after it left the store" - I would stay away from repair places that can't and won't repair damage they have caused.
