I was interested in two trucks they have for sale. After looking them over on the website, I traveled to the lot to check them out. Both had serious mechanical issues (warped rotors, whistling noise from engine, missing when accelerating) and were in much worse condition (rust covered by touch up paint, rips in fabric, etc.) than I could tell from the photos. When talking to the salesman, he only fessed up to the issue with the warped rotors and acted like he was surprised by the other problems (even though they are obvious with a test drive). He knew virtually nothing about the vehicles and stated the mechanic was behind schedule. Apparently, their philosophy is nothing is wrong with any of their vehicles unless you discover it yourself! Do your homework and make sure to have the vehicle inspected before you buy it!

I would recommend that no one purchase a vehicle from these people. They are highly unprofessional argumentative and hostile. Here was our experience We called yesterday and expressed interest in a vehicle they assured us was in great shape. We told them
upfront that we lived in an hour away and would they agree to let us take it to our mechanic for a overview. They said yes no problem. Today we did just that. An hour or so after we left they called and told us if we didn't have the car returned immediately they would report us to the police as having stole the vehicle and to bring it back immediately. No problem it needed over $1,000 dollars in repairs. No wonder they don't want it off the lot for long. Buyer's beware of the unprofessional group of kids running this business

I purchased a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan from them about a year and a half ago. They negotiated the price with me and I paid cash. I had some wiring issues 8 months later but had it repaired at a dealership and they agreed it was a manufacturer problem along with the age of the vehicle. So now we decide to get a more stable vehicle. I bought a nice looking and fair driving GMC Acadia from Marsh due to how they had treated me in the past. I paid more than I should have due to financing but need help fixing my "no credit" status. Within 24 hours I have 4 warning lights coming on. The Check Engine and Traction Control being my biggest concern. I'm taking it to Liskey's here in Lansing and have them run diagnostic tests. This will cost $90.00 - $180.00. But they are extremely trustworthy. From there I will see if legal action is warranted. To be continued....

Initial experience was great. Salesman I worked with, Jack, was personable, not pushy, and worked with me. He didn't have the "used car salesman" vibe.

Experience dropped after the purchase when I received my title. Information had not be submitted correctly in that the lien holder was not listed on it. I called and left a message and got a call back from the GM, JP. He verified that they had messed up on that. The response was, "you can just run down to SOS and get a new one, it should only cost you like $15". After some discussion back and forth, he reluctantly said I could drive back up there (1.5 hrs away) to pick up the $15 or he could stick it in the mail. So the mail it was.

4 weeks later (2 months post purchase), I still have not received said check in the mail. I called back - said he would look into it and follow up (that was a week ago).

Took 2 hours off work to care for my newborn while my wife (vehicle/loan in her name) spent 2 hours to get title fixed.

Purchased a vehicle for my fiance' from JP (sales manager) and he at first promised to sell me a 2006 CTS for 4400. i drove all the way from Lansing with my 2 children to go and purchase the car. i took the car for a test drive and the car had no lights or dings going off (as if all of the dash warnings had been cleared off with a scanner). so after giving him cash i begin to drive it home to Lansing and the ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON, THEN ALL FLUIDS IMMEDIATELY RELEASED FROM THE CAR NOT EVEN 45 MIN INTO MY COMMUTE HOME. i have repeatedly called this company and requested help and keep getting the run around between a guy named VICTOR and JP. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO SELL A HUFFY BIKE!! ESPECIALLY NOT A CAR! BE WISE LOOK ELSEWHERE! ✌����️

AWFUL! Believe what you hear about this dealership. I didn't even get the vehicle home before it broke down - you sign an as is warranty so when I contacted them I was basically laughed at when I discussed the issue with the degenerates that run this business. BAD customer service and horrible vehicles (they pack them in like sardines in the parking lot so good luck getting a vehicle in and out of there)I hope no one has to deal with the stress of buying a vehicle from them that I have been dealing with these past few weeks. Fix one thing and another thing breaks - $1500 extra later and I'm still working on it / not driving it. If I could give them a negative amount of stars I would but YP made me select one as a rating.

We have never been so screwed over! My wife, 4 year old son and I traveled 5 hours to this dealership with purchase agreement, proof of insurance and check in hand after several conversations and confirmations that we were on our way. We get there to pick up our car (which we were under the impression was a done deal) to find out they sold it out from under us! The owner had no solution to right the wrong. Very unprofessional! The owner looks like he's in his early twenties. DON'T TRUST THEM!
