Bay Area Golf Cart

Bay Area Glass and Door was hired to replace a window on a "bank-owned" property I purchased recently. Not only were they late (a week late), but the glass was installed without J-hooks and it fell into my living room. The company did pay for all of the repairs (including replacing my ruined wood floor) but to my surprise, the owners never appologized for the incomplete repair job and damage. I have two small children under the age of three, and someone could have been seriously hurt. When I explained this to the owner, she said, "Okay, well it'll be a week before I can get someone out there to see you." I said, "Mam, I have two little babies, and no front window...and it's very cold. Could you try to send someone out sooner?" "The soonest I can book you is one week," she said. Being that I didn't hire them, I had no choice but to wait.

I would recommend the San Benito Glass Co. They "dwarf" this company in customer service, they remember you by name, their installers come with a lot of experience, and they usually make you wait no more than 3 days.
