I scheduled an appointment for Inspection and change oil

last June 9 , 2016 , Because I am travelling

from Queens to Upstate New York. Then

New York to Montreal coming back to Queens.

Then New York to Toronto , in other words , my car consumed a lot of engine oil. Then came back yesterday ( 6-13-2016) because my oil pan is showing on my instrument panel . So worried that my car engine will be blown , due to small amount of engine oil. So I went to 196 Hillside Service Center and they are about to close , but still they entertain me. I highly recommend this service center. Very Professional worker. Steely Dan

My check engine light came on my dish board They told me right away what was wrong with my car. As a female they treated me with such respect. They wasnt trying to rob me and plus they changed my brake light for free.

I BROUGHT MY LEXUS TO THE STATION TO BE SERVICED AND THEY CHANGED MY BRAKES FOR A LOW COST. THEY WERE MUCH CHEAPER THAN THE DEALERSHIP! I WAS SURPRISED THAT THEY GAVE ME SUCH A GOOD PRICE SINCE I WAS A FEMALE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STATION.

They charged me $450 for an hour of labor. When I called, their banner man, Mano, yelled at me saying that the repair was hard and refused to explain why my repair, which was a very simple welding job, no new parts cost so much.



The car was taken without me and it was done all over the phone. I don't believe the fact that I could not see their posted hourly price was a reason to charge me more than if I had driven to the shop myself.
