Big Ash Fireplace & Stove

This was our first experience with Big Ash, and it will most certainly not be our last! Owner, Jason, and his assistant, Robbie, were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, conscientious, and thorough in their completion of an inspection and cleaning of our thirty-year-old wood burning fireplace. Their competent investigation led to the discovery of some structural damage which could have potentially led to a destructive fire. Needless to say, my husband and I will soon be researching our options to correct the issue(s). Big Ash will be at the top of our list for support, information, products, and service as we move toward maximizing our safety and modernizing our existing fireplace. There are not enough words to describe how absolutely thrilled and grateful we are for Jason and Big Ash Fireplace & Stoves. Jason went so far above and beyond what was expect and frankly required of someone to fix the problem we had with our stove and chimney. You can absolutely tell that Jason loves what he does and he truly cares. He treats situations as if the problem were occurring in his own home.
