Flextech Television holds a 50 percent partnership in UKTV, which is a joint venture with the British Broadcasting Corporation Worldwide. Telewest Broadband and Flextech Television together is one of the largest suppliers of basic channels to the United Kingdom pay-television market, with a portfolio that combines wholly owned and managed channels. The company is headquartered in Woking, Surrey.
