General Info

Operational for more than 40 years, Oriol Health Care is a family-owned and operated health care organization. It operates the Holden Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, which is a 100-plus-bed skilled nursing facility. Established in 1965, the center offers short-term rehabilitation, pain and wound management, and physical, occupational and speech therapy services. Oriol Health Care also operates the Oakdale Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, which is a 90-plus-bed skilled nursing facility that features private and semiprivate rooms that can accommodate up to 90 residents. Oriol Health Care additionally owns Wachusett Extended Care Facility, which offers stroke rehabilitation and respite care services for individuals with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and traumatic brain injuries.
