        Queen Anne's Nursing Home welcomes you to a serene country setting where residents enjoy a dignified homelike surrounding. At Queen Anne Nursing Home we are committed to providing a continuum of care which includes an environment that promotes optimal functional ability, interdisciplinary care and the integration and provision of community resources and education. Our goal is successful rehabilitation while preserving the human dignity and independence of every person in our care.Periodic visits by the resident's selected physician are made as required. Conferences are held periodically with all concerned persons to individually review resident's status and to develop an appropriate plan of care.Certified by Medicare and Medicaid, we are also proud to be accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) . We accept private funds and private insurances, including all BC/BS products. Queen Anne Nursing Home accepts admissions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We care for short-stay post-acute patients as well as long-term care residents.
