New and Not Shop

As far as thrift stores go, New or Not is one of the best ones. It is my favorite thrift spot because they always have different stuff when I come in. If something doesn't sell within a time-frame it gets marked down and eventually given to homeless shelters if it still doesn't sell. The staff are very nice with there southern charm and the owner is always working at her desk in the store. That is refreshing because most owners check-out whereas the owner at New or Not is actively involved in the store daily. I just love coming here! You'll like it too!

They could stand to have a larger location. It is difficult to work your way through because they are packed full. They have a back room where everything is 50% off. Average clothing price is $2-5. The staff is pleasant and their return policy is clear and returns are easy.
