Liberty County Animal Control

This pound should be in a lot of trouble. I got my dog from this pound and was horrified when I walked in there. There were cages with cats, kittens, and little dogs full of feces. The office floor was covered in feces. All of the animals were dirty and neglected. It was the saddest thing I've ever seen. I don't know how they are up to code. We got lucky to get such a good dog though. Our dog, Elvis, came out of the pound with huge spots of fur missing from being chained up in the back. It was awful.
